System Maintenance Notice
The service of the Electronic Planning Application Submission System is temporarily suspended for system upgrade. The service is expected to be resumed at 10:00 a.m. on 01.04.2026.
If you wish to submit any electronic submission, you may do so after the upgrade. Alternatively, you may make a hard copy submission supplemented by soft copy by hand or by post to “Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, 15/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong” instead during the suspension period. For details of the submission requirement, please refer to the relevant guidance notes at https://www.tpb.gov.hk/en/resources/application_forms_and_guidance_notes/index.html.

由於系統升級，電子提交規劃申請系統現正暫停服務，預計於2026年4月1日上午10時00分重新投入服務。
你可於系統升級完成後遞交電子申請。你亦可於系統暫停服務期間改為以硬複本並附上軟複本的方式，專人送遞或郵遞至「香港北角渣華道333號北角政府合署15樓城市規劃委員會秘書處」。有關遞交的要求詳情，請參閱 https://www.tpb.gov.hk/tc/resources/application_forms_and_guidance_notes/index.html 的相關規劃申請須知。
